  • Who can attend Grimké College?

    Grimké College is for all Christian men and women who want to become more effective disciple-makers in thier local churches.

  • What degrees do you offer?

    Grimké College offers a Master of Christian Ministry (MCM). The MCM features courses in biblical and practical theology, church history, and more to prepare students for gospel-centered church ministry. Learn more here.

  • What if I don’t have a bachelor’s degree?

  • What is the cost of tuition?

    The tuition rate for Grimké College is $695 per course, or roughly $231 a credit hour.

  • When are classes offered?

    Grimké College offers classes year-round and on demand, starting every Monday. Each class lasts eight weeks and courses must be taken sequentially.

  • How long does it take to finish a degree?

    Students can complete the program in two years of full-time study. Students have the flexibility to extend the timeline of their program as needed. Each course takes eight weeks to complete. After completing a course, students can choose to start the next course immediately or wait until a later date.

  • How do the classes work?

    We host our classes on Canvas, the leading online learning management system (LMS). Students complete weekly modules that consist of reading and video content with corresponding practical ministry assignments, quizzes, and exams. Each course is eight weeks long with eight, corresponding modules. Courses must be taken sequentially. Learn more about the course experience here.

  • How does the Church Partnership work?

    ​​The local church is the ultimate context for thoughtful Christian ministry. Churches partner with Grimké College and provide personal discipleship, support, and ministry opportunities to students while enrolled in our program. As a part of their coursework requirements, students must interview a church-appointed leader twice per course to discuss content and application points.

  • Do I need to be part of a local church to enroll?

    Yes. The Christian life is not a solo endeavor. We are saved from sin for life with Christ and his people (Titus 2:14). Grimké College is designed to prepare men and women for thoughtful Christian ministry in their local church.
